China BCEL International Engineering Co., Ltd. (BCEL), i.e. the former “China National Beijing Contracting & Engineering Institute for Light Industry” was founded in January 1953. In October 2000, the management of the company was transferred to the central government and became an engineering enterprise of science and technology.
